As disciples of Christ, we are committed to practicing and promoting a lifestyle that manifest the goodness of God. Our Ministry exhibits the mission of Jesus by identifying and addressing societal needs in our neighborhood and surrounding communities by restoring hope and providing opportunities for people to become all that God intended them to be.
Wesley Outreach Ministry is committed to adhering to our Christian calling to be driven and directed by our mission and love of God. Through our ministry we are not only granted the opportunity to serve the marginalized and neglected but we have the fortuity to testify of the sovereignty of knowing Jesus and being rest assured in his word.
We believe our church has a unique and critical role to have prominence in the transformation of our neighborhood and surrounding communities. W.O.M. exemplifies a genuine interest in helping others to deepen their relationships with God and others.
We strive to be creatively effective in our efforts, teach the works of the bible as the foundation for truth and life and continue the mission of making Christ known to the world. God is inviting us to GO and make disciples of all nations!
Local Mission and Outreach
At Wesley United Methodist Church, we believe that God has called us to be witnesses of Christ’s love both in our local community and abroad. Our current structure is to help those in need in our community through gifts and personal involvement. Through Wesley Outreach Ministries (WOM) which affects thousands in the community annually. We have partners from around the globe that help us with our top events that include but not limited to food giveaways, mask, water, clothing giveaways, cleaning supplies giveaways, Vaccine distribution, Kids fun day, our annual Thanksgiving giveaway, and helping homeless families. We also spend our time in the community doing hands on projects. For more information on how you can help, please contact our church office.
